If you want your child to step away from the screen, get out into the fresh air and have fun being a kid, then you can’t go wrong with the Razor E100. I have reviewed a lot of scooters but the Razor E100 is by far the standout model for both boys and girls. To put this into perspective, Razor are the worldwide leaders in scooters. They have sold a staggering 34 million scooters (13 million of those were electric) and won multiple awards for their quality and innovation. With that in mind, the Razor E100 is easy enough to carry around.

I confirmed Lynn’s impressions that it was a noisy ride and not all that comfortable. In particular, the solid rear wheel, made from urethane, conveyed too much vibration from rough pavement to my legs. The EcoSmart Cargo is Razor’s latest attempt to tap the growing adult e-scooter market. A pneumatic tire that greatly improves the smoothness of your ride. Whether it is worth it is up to you, but we can definitely confirm there is a vast difference between the two wheel types. The build quality is overall very good on this electric scooter.
The Razor Power Core E90 is an excellent starter e-scooter for kids; better than the chain-driven motor model. Kids in the age group of 8-10 will have a fun time riding the E90 before graduating to higher models. The scooter has no suspension and the plastic front razor electric scooter wheel to make matters worse. The sleek and stylish looking E100 has a twist-grip throttle and two different types of wheels; a pneumatic tyre in the front and a urethane wheel in the rear. The hand-operated front brake is used to stop the electric scooter.
