Ozark Trail 12-Person Cabin Tent, with Screen Porch and 2 Entrances
I also like that for a small tent, there’s a ton of storage options. This is great for smaller tents that don’t have a lot of extra space. As a cabin type tent, the walls are very high and almost vertical, and the peak height in the central dome area is 78 inches (198 cm). So this is a ozark trail canopy very cavernous, pleasant, and livable structure with incredible proportions, see the picture below. The zippers worked fine for the windows, but kept snagging on the door because of this rain cover. My other tents with similar designs did not have this serious of a snagging problem.
I have been camping with Scouts for 37 years and have not experienced such a poor tent yet. This tent is so affordable that it deceives the buyer and is totally worthless. Ease of setup (how easy it is to pitch and take down a tent) is pretty much always a high mark for ozark trail canopy. These tents are built for first-time and/or fairweather campers, so Ozark Trail puts a lot of effort into making them easy to use.
When we reached the beach everything went great, first night 30 mh winds. Next night still calm, took cover off and loved looking up at the night sky. The first time I got it set up was about that same day. My parents decided to do it and the setup was decent.
Yes, Ozark Trail tents come with stakes as part of the standard equipment. Double-check the product description and packaging to determine what your tent purchase includes. Ozark Trail is a privately-labeled brand owned by Walmart. Several manufacturers create the camping line for Walmart, but everything is sold under the name Ozark Trail. A con of this tent brand is that the tents tend to be heavier, bulkier, and more fragile.
There’s no dark room technology though, and it’s quite bright throughout the day. On top of that, there’s also no zip down the middle of the divider for easy access into either room. To get into the other room, you’d have to remove the divider and then put it back up.
They’re not built for heavy winds, and they certainly aren’t made to stand up to heavy snow. Browse Ozark Trail’s top-rated hiking and camping gear and more. This tent is ok…I bought with the money that I had saved up and I really wanted a cool looking tent. I think that this 35 dollar tent could outlast the expensive ones.
