The tech came out last week and said he would check and see what he might be able to do with it. Today he called to cancel the service call we had scheduled and said that it was an issue with the insulation and there was no fix for it. I told him I wanted it deemed unrepairable so I could get my money back and he said no. He also lied on the notes that he turned in saying there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator.
