December 1st I received the replacement hand grips. Service representative said there’s nothing they can do about it. There are so many benefits to riding your bike to work or school.
It also comes with training wheels which my son still needs. I hope this year, he will practice enough so he dynacraft klds bike will have the confidence to ride without them. It could be the motivation he needs to try harder this year.
When purchasing in store, you typically have the option to pay a little extra for a pre-assembled bike.
