Costway ranks 6th among Marketplace sites. I am only giving one star because I could not write a review without clicking on a star. I ordered an item that had a delivery window of 3-4 days.
We can file a claim with DHL and then send you a replacement or issue a full refund.We have also sent you an email where you can find the form. I have no idea what my purchase is like because Costway elected to entrust its delivery to DHL. As expected they have failed to deliver it, and as usual you only find this out via their tracking system.An online retailer is only as good as its courier, and Costway have gone to the most useless available. Now facing an anxious wait to see if my daughter gets her birthday present in time.Update – the incompetent morons at dhl have now delivered the package – to the wrong house. I have become increasingly confident in buying from Costway.
The picture looked ok and the inexpensive price caught my attention.Compared to my previous Breville juicer (which I had for many years), this is a piece of crap. It’s confusing and difficult to assemble and disassemble. The container they provide for the juice is very small. The spout where the juice comes out is very low making it necessary to use their pathetic container which holds very little juice.It doesn’t juice carrots well.
Upon not receiving it in two weeks, I emailed the customer service who advised that the item is lost in delivery. The tone was cold and there was no apology whatsoever. The service was too poor to be true for UK standard.
