If you want a lighter grill and aren’t cooking for more than a few people, the Q1200 is a great option. If you want more room for food and are willing to lug around a bit more weight, then the Q2200 is more in line with what you are looking for. If you’re looking for a new gas grill that can slide into your car for a weekend getaway or tailgate, you probably have looked at the weber genesis 2-series of grills. I finally decided to step up and am I glad I did. I purchased a Weber Q from Aussie BBQs and Fireplaces at Capalaba. I highly recommend them if you are in Brisbane area and need a BBQ or Fireplace. But back to the Webber – it has now lasted 3 BBQ season.

The lids have built-in thermometers to monitor how hot the grill gets so you know when it’s ready for searing steaks or if you are trying to keep the temperature a bit lower. Great bbq we love using our Weber BUT as you can see the photo the plastic fittings on the inside of the handles they’ve melted not sure why you’d put plastic there. Go hiking in nature with a grill as vibrant as the scenery. Travel on or off the beaten path, camp in the woods or near the shore.
