This is not a game changer for me since I’m the only one using it. I may take a Dremel and make the groove ever so slightly bigger so it locks the pegs in completely. The table is sturdy and the legs of the whole griddle unit just sit in holes on the top of the table so it makes it easy to put on or remove. It still cooks great and has plenty of room to cook many things at once. I’m still learning to cook with one side cooler than the other but love it either way.
