This two-burner grill is great for grilling novices or for folks with limited space. However, it lacks some of the versatility—and heat output—of our other picks. The Weber Genesis E-325s is a whole foot longer than the company’s Spirit II E-310, with 20% more cooking area.
They had a gorgeous char on the outside but we succulent and tender on the inside, maintaining the right amount of moisture. There’s no bigger name in grilling than Weber, and there’s Blackstone Adventure a reason the brand takes up the top three spots in our guide to the best grills. That said, I think Weber’s other- more complicated – models are blown out of the water by this grill.
If you think you’ll frequently use your grill as an outdoor oven to cook roasts and whole birds, we recommend choosing one of our other picks instead. Use the side tables to keep platters, seasonings, and tools within arm’s reach while the food is cooking. Hang your essential grilling tools on the hooks for easy access and organization of your backyard workspace. A warming rack and fold down left side shelf are included with Spirit II. The left and right side shelves have integrated tool hooks.
If you are standing at Home Depot looking at this grill then they probably have it parked beside a Dyna-Glo, Nexgrill or Kitchen Aid grill. These other grills typically cost around half as much as a Weber and can tempt you into making a “budget based” bad decision. Weber, Brinkman, PBC,

There’s the folding side table, a fuel gauge, a tank that’s pretty easy to access, an open-cart design, and so much more. Indeed, this part of our Weber Spirit II E-310 review doesn’t automatically translate into the perfect grill. But, even you must admit that the thought of this many features is a tad exciting. If you grill regularly or you enjoy grilling on weeknights, when time is at a premium, you should invest in a gas grill. A good one costs $400 to $900, but it will serve you well for years. That’s more than twice the price of a quality charcoal grill, but if you prioritize speed and convenience, the higher price is worth paying.

We followed the instructions, cleaning the grill plates and triangular elements, scraping everything down before removing the disposable drip tray. The halloumi caught a little, but not as badly on other barbecues we tested where it fused to the grill. The finished halloumi was delicious, among the best on test. The Weber came in a large box that needed two of us to lift it. It wasn’t as bad as other grills we’ve tested, but you might need a partner or a friend on hand to help you build it.
