Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that Ace may make any product or service that incorporates the Feedback and/or otherwise exploits the Feedback in any manner Ace deems appropriate. You represent and warrant that your Feedback is not subject to any restrictions by third parties and that you have the right and authority to grant the rights granted herein without violating the rights of any third party.
