Weber Black Spirit II E-210 LP Outdoor Propane Gas Grill + Reviews

In fact, the Genesis II E-310 didn’t sear our burgers as darkly as the Spirit II E-310 did. That’s okay, though—this grill is an exceptional performer, period. This led us to surmise that the smaller Spirit model concentrates the burners’ heat better. We had no issues with the meat sticking to the flat, porcelain-coated iron grates. And we had no problems with flare-ups, the grease fires that produce charring and acrid smoke. In spring 2017, we kicked off this grill guide by putting six gas grills through a battery of tests.

From start to finish, this offers an easy yet high quality grilling experience. This Weber Spirit gas grill doesn’t have too many extra accessories. So, if you are looking for bells and whistles then you may want to check out other gas grills. With many other makes and models, it isn’t always so easy to set up such zones. Thus, if you don’t have prior experience in it, you can end up with some pretty sad food.

With side tables for placing serving trays and spices, the Spirit II adds convenience and simplicity to everyday life, and nobody left hungry. With its excellent GS4 grilling system, tech-friendly twist (with the iGrill 3) better warranty options and compact footprint, grilling becomes a char broil performance lot more versatile. Having said that, regardless of which model you choose, with Weber you can expect nothing less than the best grilling experience. If you’re interested in the Weber Spirits it is probably worth checking out the differences of the Spirit to the Genesis series as well.

As I already mentioned, the three burners aren’t up to most gas grills standards, but it will still do for a small to mid-sized family. That being said, there is ample cooking space here – it is on par even with more expensive brands. Weber’s other new addition to the Spirit line, the Spirit SP-335, is basically the S-315 with a built-in side burner and a dedicated high-heat searing area on the grill. We don’t recommend grills with side burners because we don’t think that extra feature is worth the $100-plus markup. We think you’re better off saving over $200 with the Spirit II E-310. If you want to splurge on a grill with exceptional temperature control and a dedicated searing zone, go for our upgrade pick, the Weber Genesis II E-325s, instead.

At first glance this is simply a cosmetic design change but in reality the change is much more important. This can seem like such a simple feature, but it isn’t every day that you find it. And, it doesn’t matter if you grill occassionally or on a frequent basis, being able to tell just Blackstone Adventure how much fuel is in your propane tank is going to make your life a lot easier either way. Once you begin to use this grill, you will realize just how handy it actually is. For instance, you can create a high sear zone on one end and a low temperature, finishing zone on the other.
